hi chuck - here's what we did. I went into my account through Register.com and accessed the file manager for my website -
www.allthingsvisual.biz. I selected public files - then photopost - then stylesheets and header.htm. In both areas I changed the permissions to 666 (according to Register.com I do this by selecting R & W in the owner, group, and other categories. Then I hit set to perm. I went back to allthingsvisual.biz/photopost and at that point everything still looked fine - I went into global options and entered
http://allthingsvisual.biz/photopost/header.htm in the header file path. I hit save changes and the screen went white. I called Register.com support back and they looked at my photopost file from their end and they said everything still seems to be set up correctly.
any idea what I did wrong?
Thanks, Kelley
