You should not have to alter your server in any way this might be what is causing your issue possibly
Photopost grabs the time from the server and corrects if by your
vb GMT offset and the user timezone correction.
Based on what your telling me your GMT offset is correct and I know the timezone is fine for the user you gave me I set it to eastern us where I am
Your server's time is being interpreted whacky
November 11th 2006 is not even a thursday so try removing your server time tweak and reset
vb and photopost correctly and see what happens here
