In vBulletin, when you make a forum a category, thats how it is displayed. We don't want people posting in the PhotoPost Pro forum itself as it's a placeholder; not a forum. But it doesn't look good when you do that, so we're still trying to figure out the best way to present the forums and make sure people are posting in the right areas.
