First the basics; start off by using descriptive titles for your threads, please. It helps us and helps others who may have similiar issues by allowing them to get an idea of what your issue is without having to open the thread.
Second, we need to know about your setup - what are you running (version of
vB, etc)? How about a link so I can see what your site is looking like?
I'm not sure what you mean "disabling the vB3.5 triggers" - once you start mucking with the integration code without an understanding of how it works, you are likely to get errors.
We need to start with unmodified code, so you'll need to put the original files back into place and offer us some specifics so we can resolve any misconfiguration issues.
