Yes it does work perfectly but something has changed between 5.3 and 5.5 that deals with spider friendly URL's. No if you put /showgallery/cat/948.php it should bring up the actual category like
http://www.itraveluk.co.uk/photos/sh...ry/cat/948.php not the custom page which it does with 5.5
