From what I see there is no file in the uploads directory cause Photopost does not process it. It the file is dropped as I have stated then your PHP is timing out because the file is too big and it remains in your queue. Thus it has not bearing here that you can upload a 3 or 4 mb file you can not upload a 5 MB one. Now Photopost works fine that I am seeing except you can not upload that 5 mb file. Not much our program can do about that. You can safely delete it but you need to do some testing to see what your server handles or doesnt handle.

There is no way to manage something that PHP is dropping which means our program can not see it or process it. I am taking for granted you have setup your server correctly to upload larger files. I also asked for a link to your PHP to see how it is set before with no response.
