You can not upload a large file your max upload is 2mb so of course it is dropped.

Actually I had tried with a small zip just for testing and it still didn't work. Never PHP timed out on me just didn't do anything. I think the zip was like 1.x meg. I will try another (under 2 meg zip) just in case to see what it does.
