Did a few things:

$forumpath = '/home/jabberbo/public_html/forums';

missing the / infront of the path.

Edited your "Tangerine" style and updated all the URL's to images.

old:
tangerine/buttons

new:
http://www.website.com/forums/tangerine/buttons
