I reuploaded the gallery package and did an upgrade.
No problems

- I made the needed file edit to init.php
(you can dismiss the message in AdminCP)

- I enabled forumhome and profile addon.
(you can edit / change settings in AdminCP => vBGallery => Modify Add-Ons)
