Okay, sounds good. So what needs to happen next? You need to replicate the problem? What's involved? How can I help? What are we looking at here?
I don't mind if this takes a little bit to figure out but can you provide me with some details....?
And, again if there is anything I can do to help (eg, passwords, etc...) let me know. PM me or shoot me an email. I would like to go live soon and I am trying to clean up all the little odds and ends.
BTW, I also found a thread where someone experienced the same issue -
vb3.5 and Quick Reply - Switch Editor Mode but it does not look like anyone followed through with a fix and the customer with the same problem just ended up disabling the Switch Editor Mode.
