what version of the software you using its not current cause there is no query at 3820 line of pp-inc.php
I would ensure if your restoring a backup your running all your proper upgrades cause that means the queries noted can not be performed you might want to use phpmyadmin to run those specific queries to see what is missing and you can run the right upgrades your missing.
