That just shows you have a server issue. Your host limits your mysql connections on your site and your exceeding them.
MySQL Error : User xxxxxxxxxx has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections Error Number : 1203
Not really an error with our program sorry so you need to contact your host about this and what your limit is and change it or up your hosting.
