I would suggest you recheck cookies they are not set as suggested here in this thread plus your vbulletin license number is INCORRECT.
Please make sure cookies are as stated in this thread and you check your config settings and make sure on the vblicense line you enter the correct license number for
vb. This is found at the to of your vbulletin config file.
