I'm having an issue with the sub-categories and was wondering if there is a way to sort them in "descending" order (if I'm using the right directional term).

When I create a new subcategory, it becomes the highest number (example: 158), and is listed at the bottom of the page. When I make it number 1 on the page, it does not change the numbers of the rest, the old number 1 stays as number 1, and so on.

I want to make it that subcategory number 158, for example, is at the top of the page, rather than the bottom.
