You can move to a new server easy enough if the domain is the same by simply editing the config file and updating the PP_PATH and signing in and updating the server paths in global options and loading the new server paths in storage options after.
However changing all the url's will not work except for maybe viewing your actual settings table and directly changing them. Keep in mind if your integrating with
vb you also want to edit config-int.php with the new url and paths.
