PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Thumbnails not displaying in index or showcat pages

I tried doing the upgrade and the program died. Just a blank page. So I replaced the script pages with the 3.11 ones and the program works again but now ALL of the images are gone.

I am so lost and getting in deeper all the time. I don't have a clue what to do next.
