Ok.
I have set up three categories in PP. One for Photos, one for Videos, and one for music. I need to use three of the "Extra Fileds" in each for information on upload. Extra1 for "City, Extra2 for "County" Extra3 for "State"
I went into my PP Admin area under "Edit Categories" and selected "Edit" in the Photo category. I added these fields and saved changes. I repeated this for the video and music categories.
When I went to upload photos there was no extra fields for city county or state
