I don't think this is a PhotoPost issue, but any suggestions of why this happens would be much appreciated.
BTW this not only happens with Classifieds but also with the Gallery.
I get the following error statements when upload/submit in classifieds:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(/var/tmp/phpzT5CAw) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/isbuild/public_html/Classifieds/image-inc.php on line 55
and using the Gallery I get this:
Unable to move file [/var/tmp/phpzT5CAw] [/home/isbuild/public_html/photopost/uploads/3/Fgallery11-8-a.jpg]
You're help will be much appreciated in solving this puzzle
