Just want to make sure I have this right.

- User pays for an ad.

- It gets paid and approved.

- User later EDITS the ad and adds Highlighting, for example.

- Entire ad is taken out of circulation and put back in the payment pending queue until payment for the upgrade is received and/or ad is approved.

ALSO, I need an explanation of exactly what $adoptions is doing and how it works.
