Hello Photopost staff,
I had a question i was hoping to get answered.Our admin originally purchased VBAgallery months ago before your aquiring it.We have been told that he can get his account transferred here for continued support.We were also told he should have gotten an e-mail reguarding this as well but he didnt recieve it so we are wondering what steps need to be taken to get the transfer complete?

Also a second question.I am the co-admin of our site i asked this question on the VBA site ages ago so i thought now perhaps it might be different.I am the main person who installs,manages,upgrades and designs our site so we wanted to know once his account is transferred if there is a way to get my name as well as his added to a single account for VBA/photopost vbGallery in order to allow me to get the latest releases as well as support if needed when he is not around.I contacted him notifying him of my posting here and he will be here to follow up and verify me as soon as he is online.
