Yes, I see the "Comments" box in the URL you provided.
I did a fresh install this morning but still have the same problem. When I "
enable the vB3 Enahnced features which use vB3 controls" in Admin -> Edit Integration, I lose the input field in the Comments table.

Do I need to change a setting in vBulletin 3.6.0 to get this to work? There's nothing mentioned in the Upgrade or Installation docs.
