I do more testing. I use the Ubbthreads V6 integration. If I enter the gallery on the direct way the image links are all correct.
med size:

The problem itselfs seems to comming over the pppanel addon for ubbthreads. I click on the photo link below the avatar to view this users users inside the gallery. So I come to:

If I continue following the links:

and then clicking the med size to get the big one the url iss missing something between the //
