PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Upload photo activates when clicking outside of Choose file

If I click anywhere on the upload page to the right of Choose File button it opens to my computer, activating Choose File on the line that the cursor is on.
I have it set for 10 upload prompts.

I'm using Safari
