Sales does not respond on the support forum so please keep correspondence with sales@photopost.com or custserv@photopost.com and they will respond to you

However just from 5 minutes with me looking at our helpdesk tickets reveals we have responded to you multiple times asking you to verify yourself with the name of the license holder and there has been no response to either ticket from you either on August 8th or the last one yesterday on August 19th
