So as I understand it... the only time the photo is "resized" is when the
height and width of the photo exceed the
height and width restrictions. If the
filesize of the photo exceeds the
filesize restrictions, the photo is not "resized," instead the upload is halted. I'll give it a try. Thanks very much!
