Can you please start posting real url's and such so that we can assist you and test regular user uploads and such to try uploading. All of this assists better than a pic. See below for suggested action without more info this is what I would suggest
Please post what errors you see when uploading a photo that would be best so that we can assist you. I suggest as a start to double check that your uploads and data directories at EVERY LEVEL are set to 777
