You need to edit your config-inc.php file and replace the $PP_PATH variable with this server path
$PP_PATH = "/home/httpd/vhosts/memorycrafts.ca/httpdocs/photopost";
then you need to sign in and also update your Admin => Global Options and Storage Options to the new server paths
