Ok I Finally got it all working correctly. Here's where my problems were;
I found that my URl to my data directory had two // at the end of the url when I went into PhpMyAdmin. So I fixed that. Then I also thought I would try using the forum cookie prefix (bb) and all of a sudden now I can login to admin with no problems. I verified that my
vb license was in fact correct so I imagine that it had to have been the cookie prefix. But the weid thing is that Photopost Pro ran fine without needing it. Classifieds needs it to be able to login to the admin. I have synchronized all my settings to be the same between both softwares so it's all working correctly now. Thanks for the help. Now onto the hard part...custom skinning.
