Chuck, thank you! That helped me at least get into the install program...but then this happened at step 2:

Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2) in /home/content/t/m/a/tmattos1/html/photopost/install.php on line 547
I cannot connect to the PhotoPost MySQL server. [host:$host][mysql_user:$mysql_user][mysql_password:$mysql_password]. Check your config-inc.php for the correct settings and rerun.

When I tried to create a database of "photopost" it said it was already taken... so in Step 1, I changed it to the name I had given it "tedgallery". I put "tedgallery" in Database Name field and "tedgallery" in Database User field.

I then chose "GD 2"(since that is what I have)...

I feel good that at least I'm a bit farther!

Is there something I can do to even get a bit farther? Yes, I know I'm greedy.

Edit: Actually, I misspoke. Step 2 went fine... this happened at Step 3. Looking at the instructions, that is when it checks my database settings. I'm not sure which settings I entered incorrectly. The only thing I can think is that the Database Name and Database User are two different variables. Is the Database User the name I use to log into my account and the Database Name is "tedgallery"?

Edit2: Okay... tried that and no luck! LOL! Could the PhotoPost Database Host field be something other than "Localhost"? And I noticed that the Path to PhotoPost Installation field is marked "/home/content/t/m/a/tmattos1/html/photopost". However, I didn't put the photopost directory in the html directory (because there IS no html directory)... I just put it in my home directory... could the path be wrong?
