I didn't actually make it up - the original release information (for which I still have the link) advised that this function had been removed. Are you now telling me it is included still?

Regardless of the age of the version, it worked fine until moved to the new server and I'd expect a better answer than the one above. You may want people to stay on the upgrade path but from my point of view if there are no functional improvements that are impacting us (which there haven't been) then there is little point in going through the pain for little or no gain.

The reality of commercially provided software (such as PP Pro) is that there should be a mechanism for dealing with issues of this nature without simply being directed to the latest version. Not everyone wants to stay on the bleeding edge of development and a functional system is all that we require.

If you don't wish to be of assistance then just say so.
