PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Problem with admin-misc.php script

After upgrading to 5.3.1 I've attempted to rescan the database and rebuild thumbnails and midsize images. However, I keep getting a can't find server page ? I've uploaded admin-misc.php from my copy but still having same problem. Any suggestions as to a fix or what I might be doing wrong ?
