Actually from what I see your issue has to do with permission not being able to view certain photos as a user. Example user Sybaris has 59 photos yet if I view your members gallery I see 32 photos

How do you have permissions set?
Basically from how things are coded we grab the last thumbnail and then check to see if there is permission to view it and if not then one is not displayed
