Correct you need to make sure two things. In the config step 1 you enter in the user database your vbulletin mysql table info. In step 4 enter the correct tableprefix of the forum
Your entering one of those wrong cause we can not issue a query to the forum which is both your errors which means the
vb database info entered is not right.
