Nope.
Moderator Global Rights are set to NO / OFF.
The usergroup which the user belongs to has the "Mod Access" to YES.
The user is a moderator in:
Category A > Category B > Category C >
Category D (
user is mod here for cat D only)
Yet, that user has the ability to APPROVE pictures and comments globally (
for all categories, the ones he is not even moderating)???
These options in particular:
