There have been two patches that I recall in the prior year, including the 1.0.2 release, and development is going on right now for the next release including
vB 3.6 compatibility.
To answer your question though, I do not believe that there is any discount available if you wish to switch from vBGallery to Pro but the email that Sybaris gave,
sales@photopost.com, is whom you would have to contact to verify.
