Depending upon what your upgrades entailed...
- If you upgraded from
vB 3.0.x to
vB 3.5.x did you install the
vB 3.5 version of vBGallery and then upgrade?
- Have you confirmed that your plugins are turned on if you're running
vB 3.5.x?
- Try re-running the installer and choose the option to reinstall the templates.
