Just an observation though your databaname? The error above is a path and there should be no need to replace anything. Your photopost path in your config-inc.php file should read
/home/csea/public_html/photopost
If your path is correct and you have changed permissions then I would suggest you contact your host about these permissions not holding. There would not be anything I could do about this.
