PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Use Spider-friendly URLs?

I have Photopost 2.5 installed but when it was installed "Use Spider-friendly URLs?" was set to no intially. I would like to enable this but I am concerned that it may break things as there are already some test posts on the site.

Are there any adverse affects to enabling this? Thanks.
