Chuck, come on stop passing the buck.... Why dont you ever take constructive criticisms, I can configure my norton, because I know there is a problem, but others potetial buyers dont know there is a problem. It took me two days and 3 people to work out why I couldnt see a buyit now button, its not just my site, its EVERYONES SITE. Your software works very well, but because of this little issue, Id have to say that it is not very industry conscious, take that as a positive that we now know about it.

Are you prepared to look at this? If its an instant NO! then I am afraid, I cannot bother with any further products that you have on offer, this is a serious flaw for people buying the photopost software, it is a simple fix required by the people that design it, will you even entertain this error? If not this is full of undertones and demonstrates an uncaring customer service to the photopost brand and services.

Not being rude but I can probably fix mine install, but if you expect end users of the photopost software to sell as many items as possible, you should really try and help out here. (You see all I am trying to do here is alert you to a potential flaw)

Ask x10 random people off the street to name an Internet virus protection solution and I bet 8 out of 10 say Norton, its the brand name for Internet security and all these norton people will not be able to buy from a photopost site unless they jiggle with their own PC settings. Mate, they just are not going too.
