I can not find the the page to manage / edit users and add them to groups. There is an option in the admin panel to edit usergroups but that lets you control tthe group itself. I cann not find where to manage users so that i can place some in specific groups to give them specific permisions.

this must be something simple but I sure can't find it.

Oh yea. We use it with UBBthreads 6.5.2
