1. Your missing that template it would appear

Also your path you want to check. You should be using forward slashes for paths not backslashes

2. If you still get CGI errors then permissions can not be set correctly. I would suggest you double check all your path statements to ensure they are correct and then ask your host to assist in making sure those two directories are read write execute.
