I was getting this error message with imagemagik,
CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

searching the forum, seemed your suggestion to others was switch to GD2. http://www.photopost.com/forum/showt...09#post1160009

I tried changing the Imaging Integration to GD2 (which is what my server is running), but still get the same error message
