I am upgrading from 4.8 to 5.3 today. and after I uploaded all the files I go to the upgrade.php page, then I click the 4.82 link and it sends me to the next page which has the proceed with upgrade link, when I click the link I get nothing, its like a dead link. The page goes nowhere.

Anybody else have this problem.
