You can use phpmyadmin to view the settings table and hand edit all the url settings in that table in like the first 40 entries

That of course is the hard way. Running install.php again will not ruin your present install and will only give you duplicate query errors but will allow you to correct those incorrect settings you did. It is alot quicker than hand editing a mysql table.
