In Admin Global Options you can set your site name you have it set to Dave's Travel Corner Classifieds.

The user themselves on upload of an ad is asked whether they want people to buy it now and tells them there user email must be there paypal email.

7. In admin, I go into Moderate ads under "approve/bulk actions", then choose one ad to edit, and when I click on Edit Ad, a new screen pops up and there is no ad to edit. How come when it says to edit the ad, it will not let you actually edit the ad?

There is no edit ad under approve only leave or delete? I am a little lost on where your at.

Yes you would need to edit templates. Easiest way is to use a program like beyond compare to compare the two different template types and see what is needed to be added
