Thanks for the help Chuck.

OK, recovered the backup and started upgrade.php again. Everything went fine until the 5.0 to 5.1 upgrade. After clicking "proceed" it gives a few errors about old files not being able to be deleted (no big deal) and then it actually shows my photopost page inline after the errors, but no "proceed" link so I can't continue the upgrade. See attached screen shot.
