I would also find it a lot easier if I could renew by Paypal. All money comes into my sites via PayPal and I "try" and make all purchases involving those sites with it too, as it makes accounting for the sites very much simpler. My vBulletin licences are renewed this way, as are payments for all other scripts, yet I've got two Photopost and one vBAGallery licences that have needed renewing for four months because I am unable to pay using the same method.
