So after some fuss and having to restore a backup (my own fault) it seems that I was able to upgrade from 5.21 to 5.3 OK. But the admin page looks exactly the same as I remember and even still has the 5.3 reminder in the "PhotoPost News" box.
Under that "PhotoPost News" box are these stats . . .
