Yes I read the post in regards to the email address, but I have no access to the address used when I first registered Photopost.
I need to change it to a new address, how can I do this?

You have a link to your photopost install?
I would suggest if you installed with vb
you reinstall and may careful attention to enter your correct vb
license number and cookie prefix on install so your login works and you specify the correct paths and urls to photopost etc.
If images are red x's your url and or paths are incorrect.
