If you call our pre sales line and do not get an answer we are on the phone talking to potential customers. There is only one phone. However calling us is not going to resolve your issue since that is a pre sales line. No one can tell you status on your order. There is no phone line to the order department.

When ordering, it clearly states it can take up to 24 hours to process a license (usually 1 business day).
